Guests connect first time
A clear Wi-Fi journey from arrival to bedroom, lounge, conference room and outdoor guest space — designed around real occupancy and building fabric.

Phone Guys for hotels
Guest Wi-Fi, reception and room telephony, resilient internet, mobile staff, CCTV and multi-site support — designed as one hotel system.
Hospitality never pauses
The guest sees a room, a welcome and a connection that simply works. Behind it sit reception, reservations, staff communications, conference spaces, networks, internet and site visibility. Phone Guys designs those moving parts as one understandable service.

A clear Wi-Fi journey from arrival to bedroom, lounge, conference room and outdoor guest space — designed around real occupancy and building fabric.

Reception, housekeeping, events, maintenance and management stay reachable through call flows, cordless voice, mobile and practical escalation routes.

Standardised connectivity, networks and support context that can travel from one hotel to a whole group without flattening the differences between properties.

Guest and venue Wi-Fi
Bedrooms, lounges, conference spaces and grounds behave differently. We survey, design and support TP-Link Omada Wi-Fi around real occupancy, movement and service zones, with appropriate separation between guest and operational traffic.
Coverage, capacity and resilience depend on survey, building fabric, service availability and the agreed guest-access policy.

3CX, IP desk phones, guest-room handsets, cordless options and call routing shaped around arrivals, reservations, out-of-hours cover and the way each property responds.

The whole hotel
Good hospitality technology is not a list of boxes. It is a set of connected decisions about people, spaces, capacity, resilience and who takes ownership when something changes.
A simple route into Wi-Fi, clear calling and connected spaces that do not expose the complexity behind them.
Internet, switching, wireless, voice, mobile and CCTV designed around the building and the services that depend on them.
One conversation that remembers the property, the design choices and the reason each part was installed.
Designed around the stay

Start with arrivals, bedrooms, conference spaces, grounds, shifts and the awkward places where service currently breaks down.

Map capacity, coverage, traffic separation, call flows, resilience and access boundaries before equipment is specified.

Plan pilots, migrations and installation windows around guests, events and the colleagues who still need the hotel to function.

Keep the service history, property context and accountable support route as rooms change, events grow and the estate develops.
Clear answers
Yes. We start by understanding the existing internet, network, Wi-Fi, phones and support arrangements. Useful equipment can remain where it is supportable and fits the agreed design; replacement should solve a real operational or commercial problem.
Yes, when it is designed for the expected people, devices, room layouts and event peaks rather than ordinary bedroom occupancy alone. We survey the venue, model the important spaces and make capacity and service-availability assumptions explicit.
They can be designed within one 3CX and IP-telephony plan while retaining different call flows, permissions and device types. The final design depends on the property, existing systems and the guest-service model.
We identify what must remain available and assess appropriate resilience, which may include a second fixed route, 4G/5G backup or another surveyed option. Coverage, failover behaviour and provider availability are verified for the property rather than assumed.
We can scope the required hand-offs with you and the relevant system supplier. Any direct integration is confirmed only after the supported interfaces, responsibilities, security requirements and test route are agreed.
Yes. We can create a consistent technology and support standard across a group while recording the building, occupancy and operating differences that make each hotel distinct.
